Ekkekko is one of one thousands of MFIs (micro-finance institutions) world-wide that seeks to alleviate poverty and promote economic stability in lesser-developed countries by providing loans to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Currently, Ekkekko is a very small group based in Illinois. As such, we are focusing our efforts on a village near Lima, Peru. |

Who are we? Ekkekko is a strictly volunteer-based not-for-profit organization. Currently, Ekkekko consists of a combination of students and other individuals working adamantly towards our common goal. |

What do we do? Ekkekko raises funds in the United States via fundraisers, promotional events, and individual donations. Working with our international partners, we allocate funds to those seeking financial help to start their small business. |
